I offer group and private Yoga classes, workshops and events.

N.B. Classes are open level and suitable for beginners, as options and variations, are provided throughout.

  • VINYASA FLOW YOGA

    Vinyasa classes focus on the synchronisation of your movement with the rhythm of your breath. Classes are dynamic as you move fluidly between a series of asanas (postures) and experience an energetic mental and physical workout, through moving meditation.

  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha classes focus on the alignment of your body in poses. The physical postures are held for several breaths with precision - the pace is slower and less dynamic than Vinyasa Flow, yet challenging in a different way. Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation practices are also incorporated.

  • Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation

    Releasing connective tissues (deep fascia networks, ligaments, bones and joins). A series of passive, floor-based poses are held for several minutes to stimulate the flow and remove blockages of life energy (known as 'chi' in the Chinese tradition or 'prana' in the Indian tradition) through channels known as 'meridians' or 'nadis'.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Restorative Yoga enables deep relaxation. It involves holding poses for longer periods of time with props that completely support the physical body, and the main focus is to achieve physical, mental and emotional peace without strain or pain.

  • Chair Yoga

    This is a modified form of Yoga, where asanas are practiced while seated on a chair or using a chair for support. It's an accessible option for people with limited mobility, injuries or those who find traditional mat-based Yoga challenging. Chair Yoga offers many of the same benefits as traditional Yoga.
