    ​No matter your starting point, being consistent is how you success in your Yoga. I am here to support your Yoga journey each step of the way, offering beginners sessions for students who have no prior Yoga experience to establish a strong, confident foundation for your practice.

    If you have an established practice already and your looking for a new Yoga community or looking to deepen your practice, I would love to support that journey!

  • Absolutely! Flexibility is not a requirement of Yoga. Rather Yoga helps to build strength and mobility in the body, which leads to flexibility in the body and mind. Yoga isn’t about being able to touch your toes, but rather it is about the journey there.

  • We don’t currently supply Yoga mats and if you don't own a Yoga mat, then you can purchase one that suits your needs online. We do provide props, such as blocks, straps, blankets, bolster, etc.

  • We kindly request that you register for class beforehand.

  • To avoid penalty, the cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the start of class.

  • We do not currently offer classes specifically for pregnancy. However, our beginners Yoga classes is a great option. If you have Yoga experience and have been cleared by your doctor, you are welcome to join any level 1 or all level classes and just let me know of your pregnancy before classes, so that I can provide modifications as needed. Also, please keep an eye out on our page as this will be updated regularly with new offerings.
